About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of specialized experience in inpatient behavioral health. I currently serve as the Manager of Clinical Care Services at UPMC Northwest, where I oversee the Extended Acute Care program and provide consultation on clinically complex cases within the Acute Care unit. My professional background includes roles as a milieu therapist, psychiatric consultant, and director responsible for both acute and extended acute care services across multiple levels of inpatient treatment. My clinical practice is grounded in person‑centered theory, behavioral principles, CBT, DBT, and solution‑focused approaches, applied flexibly to meet the needs of individuals with diverse and high‑acuity presentations. I am also pursuing my Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision at Duquesne University.
