The presenter is currently in her second year of the MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, with a specialization in organizational psychology, focusing on talent management and personnel selection. Visalakshi has gained experience working with diverse populations in interpersonal communication, assessment, and understanding individual and organizational needs.
