Shelley Roderick, M.Ed., LBS, is a seasoned behavior consultant and educator with over twenty years of experience supporting students with disabilities across a range of settings. Her professional background includes roles as a behavioral specialist, special education teacher, school executive director, mobile therapist, and inclusion facilitator, reflecting a deep commitment to student-centered and inclusive practices. Shelley holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, further expanding her expertise in bridging education, behavior, and mental health to better serve diverse student populations.
