About me
Ms. Sera Sezgin is a Penn State Harrisburg master's student studying clinical psychology. She is currently conducting research at the Personality and Stigma Labs, where she focuses on psychological and cognitive processes associated with mental health and memory. Her areas of interest in academic research are communication patterns in interpersonal relationships, cognitive distortions, and memory reconstruction. In clinical settings, she is especially interested to apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to assist individuals and couples in interpreting emotionally charged experiences and creating adaptive relational narratives.
