R. Samantha Williams, LPC, ACS, BC-NCC (she/her) is a Counselor/Instructor in the Department of Counseling and Psychological Services at East Stroudsburg University. She brings over 14 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan, with a professional background spanning community mental health and child welfare systems.Dr. Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, a Board Certified National Certified Counselor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. She is also a Pennsylvania Certified Child Welfare Trainer, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP II), and a Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Provider.She is deeply committed to counselor development and is passionate about clinical supervision, mentorship, and preparing emerging counselors for ethical, culturally responsive practice. She holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy College.
