Rosie Owoc Hromanik, LAPC, NCC is a trauma informed, psychodynamic therapist at LifeStance Health in Warrington, Pennsylvania, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals and families creating a supportive space where clients can navigate challenges and develop resilience. Rosie also runs various groups including adult substance use IOP and co-occurring substance use and mental health IOP, as well as executive functioning and coping skill building for ADHD at the outpatient level. Rosie has also begun research and training in IFS therapy and Imago therapy. Rosie is particularly passionate about supporting individuals recently discharged from psychiatric hospitals, those undergoing court-ordered treatment, and clients facing legal matters, parental custody disputes, or disability-related concerns, providing structured, goal-oriented care to help clients regain stability and move forward with confidence. Her approach is holistic, addressing both emotional and practical aspects of mental well-being. Rosie also specializes in working with first responders, military personnel, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring an inclusive and affirming therapeutic experience. Rosie received her Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology and Human Sexuality from Penn State University in 2016, started her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University and completed her field work graduating from Messiah University (formally Messiah College) in 2020, and is now working towards her EdD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Shippensburg University, supervising master-level counseling students in their field work.
