Natalie Fein, M.Ed., NCC, CMCS, BC‑TMH is an educator, career specialist, and wellness practitioner with more than 20 years of experience supporting college students in achieving their academic, career, and personal goals. She has worked extensively in college planning, career counseling, and student success coaching, helping learners navigate transitions, clarify their direction, and build the confidence to pursue meaningful futures.Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University (Go Scarlet Knights!), a Master’s degree in Counseling from Hunter College, and a Graduate Certificate in Online Learning and Teaching from Thomas Edison State College. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS), and a Board-Certified Telemental Health Provider (BC‑TMH), bringing a multifaceted, student‑centered lens to her work.A Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, Natalie integrates intentional laughter, breathwork, and mindfulness practices into her workshops and trainings, fostering emotional well‑being, stress reduction, and nervous‑system regulation. Her experiential sessions blend playfulness with practical tools that counselors, educators, and students can immediately apply—especially during periods of change and transition.Her professional interests include using technology to expand access to education, supporting students who are parents, understanding and empowering Highly Sensitive People, and teaching effective stress‑management, resiliency, and wellness strategies. She is passionate about creating inclusive learning spaces that honor the whole person and encourage authenticity, joy, and self‑compassion.With a warm, engaging facilitation style, Natalie helps individuals and communities reconnect with joy as a pathway to resilience.
