Gabriella Myers-Gilbert, MS, NCC, LPC, is a doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Duquesne University. She works as an outpatient therapist, providing services to individuals and couples across a range of clinical concerns. Her clinical focus includes personality disorders and neurodivergence, with experience treating diverse diagnoses and presentations. Gabriella utilizes an eclectic approach to counseling, grounded in Reality Therapy, while integrating cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy techniques. Her clinical and academic interests center on improving emotional regulation, interpersonal functioning, and client autonomy within therapeutic practice.
