About me
Ishita Agarwal is a first-year master’s student in the Applied Clinical Psychology program at Penn State Harrisburg. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Her research focuses on substance use disorders and other highly stigmatized conditions. Ishita has presented posters and co-authored papers on stigma reduction and the personality profiles of individuals with substance use disorders. She aims to integrate harm reduction techniques into her clinical practice and aspires to become an evidence-based psychotherapist.
