About me
As a Korean American U.S. Army veteran and therapist, I take a human-centered, integrative approach to counseling that emphasizes the connection between mind and body. My work is shaped by both lived experience and clinical training, guiding the work I do with clients facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. I aim to create a space where clients feel seen beyond diagnoses, with a focus on authenticity, cultural awareness, and genuine connection. Through a blend of evidence-based and holistic practices, I strive to bring the humanness back into therapy and support meaningful, lasting growth.
