About me
Divine Lipscomb, M.Ed., NCC, LAPC, is a doctoral candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Penn State University and a licensed mental health therapist serving rural Central Pennsylvania. A TEDx speaker, published researcher, and the first Black and first formerly incarcerated person elected to State College Borough Council, his work sits at the intersections of trauma, incarceration, disability, and reentry. Divine is the Founder and President of Penn State's Justice-Impacted Student Organization and a national voice on mental health access through Listen Out Loud Media.
