Dr. Devon Bowser earned a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University, Ph.D., a Master of Arts from Franciscan University, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Duquesne University. Dr. Bowser serves as the Dean of Assessment, program director for the Master of Arts in Counseling, program director for the Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Education and associate professor of counseling at Waynesburg University.
