About me
Arsh is a doctoral candidate at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is the current graduate student representative for the North Atlantic Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (NARACES). Arsh also serves on the NARACES wellness committee, and the Pennsylvania Counseling Association conference committee. She is also a member of several professional organizations including, NARACES, Chi-Sigma Iota and PCA. She currently works as a teaching associate at IUP’s Department of Counseling and Human Development, where she teaches undergraduate human development courses. Her research interests include artificial intelligence, imposter syndrome, and post-traumatic growth.
