About me
Alli Monn, NCC, LAPC, is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor at Phoenix Counseling Services. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University in December 2025. Alli works primarily with children and adolescents, while also supporting clients across the lifespan. Her clinical focus includes emotional identification and regulation, anxiety, stress, trauma, domestic violence, and LGBTQIAP+ concerns. She integrates behavioral therapies, mindfulness, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care to best support her clients. Alli is passionate about helping individuals process their experiences, build effective coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
