Member retention is an essential aspect of the longevity of the Pennsylvania Counseling Association. Maintaining our member community involves fostering a sense of belonging and commitment to PCA, its mission, and critical initiatives. This session overviews the efforts of a PCA Emerging Leader capstone project that assessed current member communications and engagement to inform the promotion of
member retention, increase volunteer engagement in PCA committees, participation in programming, and foster a more connected PCA community.
