This roundtable invites participants to explore how professional identity is defined, implied, and communicated within CACREP standards. Through collaborative dialogue, attendees will examine patterns, gaps, and implications of identity language while reflecting what it means to cultivate a distinct and unified professional identity in an evolving landscape. Participants will explore how the counseling profession can move toward a more clearly articulated, inclusive, and unified professional identity.
