This session examines the ethical, practical, and cultural challenges of this transition, highlighting the risks of practicing beyond scope in leadership contexts. Participants will explore key leadership competencies, identity shifts, and strategies for developing the skills necessary to lead effectively and ethically in business and nonprofit environments.
