Research does not have to be scary: Embracing quantitative single subject research for counselors (1 CE)

It is important for counseling to be represented in clinical research. Counseling professional identity is unique in its focus on development, wellness, and the talk therapy process. Though counselors often hesitate to engage in research, quantitative, single subject, repeated acquisition design could be a less intimidating research methodology.  This presentation will educate participants on this methodology, provide an example, and engage participants in brainstorming possible uses for this methodology in their work as counselors or counselor educators.
