Self-Care in Counselor Education: A Foundation for Professional Identity and Wellness (1 CE)

Session Feedback (for CEs)
This session provides counselor educators with practical strategies for integrating self-care into teaching and supervision. Self-care will be explored as a core component of counselor professional identity. Participants will examine strategies for supporting students in self-assessing their wellness and building sustainable, culturally-competent, personalized self-care practices. Participants will engage in a guided discussion to promote reflection and practical application to their courses.
