This session is dedicated to providing a foundational model for clients who suffer from emotional dysregulation issues including depression, anxiety, anger management, and low self-esteem. The goal is to present a working model that enhances clients understanding of the core issues that cause dysregulation symptoms in a way the expedites their ability to help themselves. Participants will learn key lighthouse formulas that will help guide clients through improvements with self-harm, emotional outbursts, negative self-talk and other emotional regulation issues.
