Drawing from early clinical experience, the presenter will explore how storytelling, familiar characters, and narrative-based techniques can help clients explore emotions, build insight, and develop coping skills in a way that feels safe and accessible. Attendees will gain simple, developmentally appropriate strategies to begin incorporating bibliotherapy into their work.
