Students’ ability to apply the MSJCCs could be aided by practice. The current study investigates the alterations within students that participate in a process group designed to assist them in increasing their multicultural competency. Presenters will describe how a group designed like the one under study could aid counselor educators in meeting CACREP standards and preparing their students to enact ethical standards. The hypothesized outcome students will obtain when going through the group will be described. The group’s framework and intended outcome will also be detailed.
