This session explores the integration of AI simulation within counselor education as a means of leading through change and transition in training practices. Grounded in experiential learning theory and counselor competency development, the presentation will examine how AI simulation can support skill acquisition, reduce student anxiety, and increase accessibility in both online and in-person programs. Participants will gain insight into how simulation can bridge the gap between foundational coursework and practicum readiness, particularly in programs navigating shifts in delivery formats and student engagement.
