Session Feedback (for CEs)

This session aims to use collage as a form of psychoeducation to promote intentional, restorative, self-care for both counselors and their clients. Our session will stimulate the neurotransmission of dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins re-enforcing the benefits of creativity on intentional self-care.
