The counseling profession is in the midst of rapid transformation as artificial intelligence reshapes how we conceptualize, document, and reflect on clinical work. This session invites supervisors, educators, and clinicians to embrace this journey of change by exploring how AI can be integrated into supervision in ethical, intentional, and developmentally appropriate ways. Through applied examples and guided reflection, participants will consider how to lead supervisees through uncertainty, foster critical thinking, and maintain strong professional identity during transition. Emphasis is placed on leadership, adaptability, and ensuring that innovation enhances—rather than replaces—human connection.
