This experiential session explores how Laughter Yoga can serve as a powerful leadership tool for counselors supporting clients through change and transition. Participants will learn how intentional laughter, breathwork, and light‑hearted play can reduce stress, increase emotional flexibility, and foster resilience during uncertain or challenging times. Through simple, accessible exercises, counselors will discover how cultivating joy and presence can strengthen their own well‑being while empowering clients to navigate transitions with greater confidence, connection, and calm.
