This roundtable presents qualitative findings on the experiences of racial microaggressions among BIPOC counseling students during their trainings in counselor education programs. Drawing on participant narratives, the session explores how microaggressions influence students’ wellness, professional identity development, and perceptions of institutional support. Attendees will engage in dialogue about implications for counselor educators and strategies for fostering more equitable training environments.
